Julia holds a Wisconsin Real Estate Brokers license, an a Bachelors in business and a Masters in Business Administration. A retired military disable Veteran, Julia is very familiar with VA loans and housing assistance for disabled and military. Julia has been recognized by the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation for her Real Estate work and accomplishments over the past 6 years. Julia has sold Real Estate in California, Washington State as well as in Wisconsin over the past 25 years.
Cindy has her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduated Realtor Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative). Cindy and Julia have over 15 years of new construction and subdivision experience and will be able to assist you through the process of working with builders and contractors. We combine over 30 years of Real Estate experience in buying and selling homes in meeting housing goals. Cindy has been recognized nationally in the Madison "Who's Who" for 2006. This award is given to top professionals who have demonstrated distinguished contributions to the business community.
